Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We currently deliver within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
• Regional areas: 3–5 business days
• Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery online.
